Responsibilities
- Builds solid understanding of the Hyperscience software product. Can work independently with structured and unstructured use cases. Understands how to build effective AI models to achieve a customer’s success criteria.
- Independently handles data annotation projects, dealing with a variety of document types and data.
- Builds expertise in different industry documentation use cases.
- Identifies issues in data annotation guidelines and collaborates with the team to resolve them.
- Participates in the continuous improvement and creation of annotation processes and guidelines.
- Maintains high standards of data quality, by reviewing own work, and other colleagues’ work; by performing Quality Assurance tasks and dataset reviews.
- Collaborates well with team members and works as part of a team.
- Assists in mentoring Associate Data Service Engineers on annotation techniques and project requirements.
- Actively participates in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Provides monthly and quarterly updates to peers, Product, Design and Engineering teams with product feedback, bugs and improvement suggestions, resulting from using the Hyperscience Platform.
- Performs beta testing on new product features/functionalities, as needed.
- Works closely with Technical Services teams, Implementation team and customers to build and execute effective implementation project plans for new implementations and complex new use cases.
- Consults and updates customers/stakeholders regularly, to fully understand their needs when building a Machine Learning model solution for a client Use Case.
- Monitors project timelines and ensures success criteria are met when building client deliverables.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in working with software, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Bachelor's degree/ongoing studies in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related field and/or relevant experience in a role working with customer data, project management or software.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of any other language would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others under the pressure of deadlines and competing demands.
- Ability to quickly learn and develop competency in new software tools and user interfaces.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
