We have grown fast since 2021 and are now scaling to new cities. We believe the winner in this space runs on AI. We want you to build that.

What you'll work on:

• Find the problems. Work with ops, product, and business teams. Spot where AI creates real value and where it does not.

• Design the solutions. Agents, workflows, retrieval, or plain code. Pick the simplest thing that works.

• Ship with the team. Production services in Go, Python, and TypeScript on GCP and Kubernetes. Own reliability, cost, and evaluation.

• Build agentic systems and AI integrations into our existing products and operations.

• Set the standard for AI-assisted development across the team.

• Measure impact. Evals, monitoring, business metrics. Kill what does not work.

Your toolbox (today)

Go, Python, TypeScript/React, GCP, Kubernetes on GKE, GitHub Actions, Vercel, BigQuery, Claude Code, Copilot.

What we're looking for:

• Solid software engineer first. You have shipped and run production systems end to end.

• Comfortable across the stack: Go or Python, TypeScript, GCP, Kubernetes.

• Hands-on with LLMs in production: agents, tool use, RAG, structured outputs, evals.

• You think in business outcomes, not demos.

• Ownership mindset. You have led initiatives from scoping to rollout.

• Pragmatic. You know when AI is the wrong tool.

• Located in EU/EEA with the right to work, willing to be in Helsinki regularly.

• Not a fit if you want a research role, a pure prompt-engineering role, or ticket-based execution.
