As Director of Full Stack Engineering within the AI Enablement team, you will lead transformational work to design, deliver, and operate platforms and solutions that integrate Generative AI, automation, and intelligent agents into the core of Humana's technology ecosystem.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee engineering teams responsible for end-to-end development and deployment of AI-driven products and platforms. You will partner closely with leaders across Enterprise AI, IT, and DevOps to shape the developer experience, accelerate adoption of new capabilities, and help guide Humana’s journey to a modern, AI-empowered technology organization. Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$189,400 - $260,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
