What you'll do:
- Build software products that will be an indispensable tool for companies around the world to create great products faster and helping our manufacturing partners across the world to grow their business with it
- Lead a product team of machine learning (ML) engineers and researchers, that develops and iterates on pricing and geometry algorithms to improve customers and manufacturing partners’ experience with our platform
- Ensure that the collaboration and coordination between our pricing and geometry teams in Minneapolis and Amsterdam runs smoothly and improves over time
- Be a thought leader and a trusted partner for your product team and a diverse set of stakeholders ranging from Sales to Fulfilment and from Minneapolis to Amsterdam
- Support the integration of a lean startup culture (hybrid-first/async and writing-heavy) with the culture of our US based parent organization (verbal communication & influence in meetings)
- Coordinate and conduct ongoing product discovery practices to ensure we solve our customers’ and manufacturing partners’ most important problems
- Help the Head of Product to coach more junior team members on good software development practices and sharing of those with a larger, mature organization
- Ultimately, you will be building a world-changing service that aligns with our broader company strategy (... come and ask us about it)
What it takes:
- 4+ years in Product Management & hands-on experience in managing Machine Learning products that are deployed in production
- Technical background (ML and/or Data Science) and hands-on experience developing ML products are nice plus
- Experience working with a team of ML engineers and ML Ops engineers
- Track record of problem solving in both complex operational and customer facing setting
- Knowledge and experience with agile product management
- Ability to navigate through uncertainty and prioritize in order to build sustainable products that can impact users positively
- Great communication skills to stakeholders and management
- User-centric with analytical mindset and leadership skills when working closely with technical teams
