Senior Manager Go To Market Data Transformation Programs

Job Summary:

• The role leads a team of typically 8-12 members and reports to the Senior Director, GTM Data & Insights, within the Global Revenue Operations organization.

• Drives global data transformation programs that create a unified, trusted foundation for precise business performance measurement and modern sales execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of strategic GTM data transformation programs, including Transactional Net and GTM360 account-level margin.

• Advance the foundational GTM data strategy across the core data domains required for sales management and seller activities.

• Lead and develop a team of product owners that defines business value, shapes requirements and guides execution teams.

• Coordinate requirements, testing, approvals and deployment across business, Finance, Sales Compensation and Enterprise Operations stakeholders.

• Establish clear governance, milestones, decision forums and risk mitigation for complex global programs.

• Challenge legacy approaches and introduce scalable, AI-ready data capabilities that improve accuracy, transparency and speed.

• Ensure solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards and applicable regulations.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Delivery of a Future ready GTM data strategy that supports all HP GTM processes

• A unified and trusted global data foundation supporting HP sales processes and key GTM data domains.

• Validated solutions deployed with clear business ownership, measurable adoption and sustained data quality.

• Improved alignment of sales and partner performance measurement with transaction-level revenue and margin.

Education & Experience Recommended:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, data, technology, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of complex global data or business transformation programs.

• Proven experience leading product owners or multidisciplinary teams through requirements, testing and deployment.

• Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems and end-to-end sales processes.

• Driving license could be an advantage. Fluency in English language (both written and verbal).
