Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product/Program Manager for Renew Managed Device Services (Renew MDS) to align internal stakeholders and ensure all operational, IT, and financial capabilities are enabled and optimized to meet MDS commercial needs and regulatory compliance. This role involves extensive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to support the business activities related to Renew Products within Managed Device Services (MDS) deals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Stakeholder Alignment for Commercial Needs:

o   Collaborate with the Global MDS Program Manager to strategize the end-to-end value proposition of Renew Products within MDS.

o   Support the Commercial teams throughout the entire sales cycle of MDS deals involving Renew PCs and assist in identifying upselling opportunities.

o   Coordinate with Renew Operations to obtain refurbishment costs.

o   Engage with Renew Category to ensure sourcing volumes are met and obtain sourcing costs.

o   Work with Renew Regional Product Managers to secure pricing of PCs as per the contract specifications.

o   Partner with Renew Finance and Renew Category to validate and approve margins and prices.

o   Collaborate with Solution Architects to build business cases according to RFPs/RFQs specifications and requirements.

o   Ensure smooth transitions from design to delivery with the Transition Management team.

o   Identify and support implementation of streamlining and improvement opportunities with MDS Delivery Operations teams.

·       Stakeholder Alignment for Operational, IT, and Financial Enablement:

o   Ensure readiness of PC models with the required specifications in the needed regions or countries with Renew Portfolio and Regional Product Managers.

o   Enable proper setup of refurbishment capabilities/partners in relevant regions or countries through coordination with Services Supply Chain.

o   Coordinate with D&TO, NSI/NPI and Renew Strategy & Digital Transformation teams to identify, prioritize and approve the required Trading Structure to transact in the countries where needed, encompassing financial, IT, and physical flows.

o   Support in the identification of IT requirements and systems configuration and architecture, including systems such as ITSM, S4, and CDAX.

o   Ensure global trade compliance, tax, CFR and legal requirements are met to support smooth operations in the countries or regions needed.

o   Work with HW GBU to create product and services configurations, including SKUs, BOMs, imaging, autopilot, white glove services, etc.

o   Ensure sales readiness by providing accurate and relevant information on sell prices and product catalogues for updates in the appropriate pricing systems.

Qualifications:

·       Strong background in operational management and stakeholder alignment.

·       Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles and supporting commercial teams.

·       Expertise in product management, financial flows, and global trade compliance.

·       Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve business objectives.

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·       Project Management Certification and prior Account handling experience will be considered additional advantage to the fitment of this role.
