Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Take Back Compliance team as a Data Analyst. The team is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Compliance. This entry-level position focuses on project management and report automation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data management principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

Data Mining:

o    Utilize modern tools and programming languages to mine data and extract valuable information.

o    Develop and maintain code to extract, transform, and load data from various document formats into SQL databases.

Project Support:

o    Assist in managing projects using Agile methodology.

o    Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

o    Review and evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with standards.

Report Automation:

o    Develop automated reporting processes to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

o    Design, develop, and manage interactive BI reports and dashboards in Power BI.

o    Provide end-user training and support on Power BI tools and features.

Data Management:

o    Support database management tasks, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility.

o    Design database schemas and implementing ETL processes.

o    Maintain and update documentation related to database management.


Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

• Database Management: Understanding of SQL database management and ETL processes.

• Programming: Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Power BI: Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.

Other knowledge to be value:

• Experience writing VBA Excel Macros.

• Familiarity with EPR compliance, the WEEE directive, and ESG reporting.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

• Basic understanding of Agile methodology.
