GC Market Lead to Cash Project Manager

Description -

Responsibilities

  • Manages projects at market level and is the point of contact and coordination for all assigned projects and initiatives to ensure that all requirements and needs of the territory are covered and that the key performance indicators of each project are met
  • Manages the relationship with the stakeholders and drives the management of change for each project (MDs, Sales & Sales Mng teams, PBMs, Channel Sales Mngs, Category, Sales Ops employees etc.)
  • Creates and coordinates the plan of action and the improvement needs until the actions are completed for each change or project with the local and central teams (these may include but are not limited to communication, training sessions, newsletters, Q&A, etc.)
  • Customizes and adapts deliverables as needed in the covered territory
  • Coordinates and executes the change and the implementation of the project at the market level which includes monitoring the progress, reporting and analytics or building the necessary tools for monitoring at global and local level the assigned projects or initiatives
  • Leads change adoption through communication, measurement, collecting and addressing feedback about the impact of that change
  • Is measured according to the success indicators set at project level
  • Creates and maintains communication plans at the level of the allocated territory, aligns the plan to the global strategy and actively follows up with the local teams that have to execute the agreed actions and communication
  • Keeps the knowledge of project and change management up to date, and keeps up with the Sales Operations Management of Change directions; keeps track and documents the project status evolution and deliverables
  • Uses HP's platform for change, templates and best practices that can be adapted to the driven projects
  • Actively participates in the regular reviews, contributes to the collection and documentation of experiences designed to help and improve future projects
  • Manages the change and projects focusing on a positive impact on the stakeholders and employees.

Education and Experience Required

  • Config Price and Quoting (CPQ) experience is a must
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification preferred.
  • Project Management certification as a plus, Agile Scrum Master as a plus
  • Prosci or other MOC certification as a plus
  • Business Analytics as a plus

Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Ability to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts, and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.
  • Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
