DFE Service Product Manager

Description -

The DFE team within the Service Product Quality (SPQ) Department is looking for a DFE Service Product Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing a large installed base of more than 6,300 DFE systems worldwide and overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from new product introduction and field implementation through end-of-life management.

As a DFE Service Product Manager, you will serve as the service focal point for the product, combining technical, business, and operational leadership to drive productivity, Total Customer Experience (TCE), and business improvements.
The role involves close collaboration with multiple organizations across HP Indigo, including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and regional service teams worldwide.

 

Responsibilities

• Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities in accordance with the Product Lifecycle (PLC) process
• Defining and driving service strategies
• Managing field communications
• Monitoring and analyzing service KPIs
• Overseeing knowledge and documentation management
• Supervising escalations and known issues
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the digital printing industry - Must
• Familiarity with Prepress, workflows, and DFE (Digital Front End) Solutions - Must
• Experience in software/system-oriented integration environments - Advantage
• Background working within multidisciplinary global organizations - Advantage
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• A self-managing nature
• Ability to manage complex situations and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones
