Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Commitment: Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in May 2025.
• Programming Passion: Aptitude for programming demonstrated through coursework or previous experience. Experience with languages like Python, Java, or C++ is great!
• Numbers Enthusiast: Comfortable working with numerical data and algorithms.
• Team Player: Strong communication and people skills make you great to work with.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to solve complex programming challenges in a team setting.
• Go-Getter Attitude: Self-starter who can work with little or no direction.
• Organized Collaborator: Understand the importance of documentation in a shared code environment.
• Cool Under Pressure: Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
