Team: Co-founders (Wiley, Matt, Kenny) and the rest of our team have spent our careers building world-class tech companies that transform local businesses by digitizing their consumer experience(s). We are an experienced executive team that have been founders or exec team members at the following companies, each with successful outcomes: Seamless ($GRUB), Slice ($1B+ pre-IPO), OLO ($OLO), SinglePlatform ($TRIP), Constant Contact ($CTCT), and Good Uncle ($ARMK).


The Job: As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading our consumer experience roadmap, bridging our customers, the product, and our engineering team.  You'll work closely with design and engineering to iterate on prototypes and products to rapidly drive to user value. We are entering a hyper-growth phase of the business and this role will play a huge part in shaping our strategic direction and growing our user base. 

Successful candidates for this role are experienced in building consumer-facing products and are looking to own and manage the HouseAccount consumer-facing product. This role reports to the VP of Product and is based in NYC.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own, develop, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HouseAccount multi-brand consumer application (desktop web, mobile web, and Android/iOS)
  • Drive consumer innovation in the home services industry - wear a homeowner hat!
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to execute projects quickly and efficiently
  • Write exceptional user stories with great acceptance criteria
  • Monitor, measure, and lead post-launch reviews to ensure feedback is reincorporated back into the product development process
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, consumer research, and scoping to drive product and feature development
  • Be the master of our product analytics tool, Amplitude
  • Articulate product priorities by being extremely data-driven 
  • Manage through product launches by setting milestones and guiding your team. You can easily wear the project manager hat when necessary.

Who You Are: 

  • Deep, proven experience being the lead product manager for a consumer-facing e-commerce product in a quickly scaling business
  • Ability to break down complex systems and processes so they can be easily understood, and communicate this to other people within the organization. 
  • Firm grasp of highly technical concepts and ability to describe highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • You have significant working experience with Amplitude, Pendo, MixPanel, Google Analytics (or similar) to analyze consumer behavior, and are adamant about incorporating the insights into your work
  • You have experience with A/B testing, establishing the right KPI’s, and hypothesizing the value of new features
  • Adept at balancing the long-term product vision with the need for speed
  • An advocate for Agile methodologies with an emphasis on simplicity and efficiency
  • Embraces change with a "we're all in this together" mindset

The salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000. This posting may span more than one career level. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
