What we’re looking for
A proven track record as a Solution Architect or similar role in industrial environments, with deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes products such as CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE.
A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Strong competencies in IT technologies, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Experience in migration projects and rolling out Dassault solutions, with a strong data-oriented mindset and familiarity with ERPs like SAP.
Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
