Our ideal candidate will have the following expertise : 

Develops software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization. Collaborates with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client’s goals to implements the business solution. Proficiently executes the work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project. Works directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications.

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform based development.

Required Skills:

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Investigative Requirement: Secret clearance.
• 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• Certification:
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1. The contractor shall meet the certification requirements within 3 months after onboarding start date.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Remote Work Environment: 

This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities. The employee will work closely with Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies. Employees must maintain a secure remote workspace, use government-approved systems and security controls, and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Regular availability during standard business hours is required to support team collaboration, customer meetings, and project deliverables.
