Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining system documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and process flows.
- Support the team in managing incident and service request tickets (logging, tracking, and follow-ups).
- Perform basic troubleshooting and initial analysis for reported issues.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Assist in SIT and UAT related to Branch Teller System and mobile application.
- Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of all assigned tickets.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Java, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL
