Sr Product Management Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented product marketing professional with a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving profitable business growth through effective planning and execution.
Candidates should have significant experience in the CCTV industry, with a strong understanding of customer requirements and video surveillance technologies. The role requires the ability to translate customer insights into product concepts, technical requirements, and commercial solutions. The successful candidate will own the entire product lifecycle—from customer discovery and innovation through prototyping, productization, and business scaling.

Key responsibilities include managing the existing product portfolio, defining the product roadmap, identifying customer needs, and developing differentiated solutions that deliver strong customer value and business returns. The position will partner closely with Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality teams to ensure successful and timely product launches, while also driving portfolio positioning, pricing, target market strategy, and sales enablement to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
