Key Responsibilities- Drive Customer Centricity and Sentiment: Champion customer experience initiatives, including the development and application of MOS for key customers, to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Program Leadership: Lead programs with a strong focus on schedule adherence, Estimated at Completion (EAC) accuracy, milestone fidelity (MF), and quality standards.
- Implement Productivity Strategies: Identify and execute initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across teams and processes.
- People Engagement and Competency Development: Foster a culture of engagement by supporting professional growth, providing learning opportunities, and developing team competencies.
- Foster Innovation and Growth: Encourage creative thinking and the adoption of new ideas to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent Recruitment and Succession Planning: Recruit top talent and build robust succession plans to ensure organizational continuity and leadership strength.
