Sr Director Portfolio Management

Location: Switzerland

As a Sr Director Portfolio Management here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for our offering portfolio. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market opportunities. Your role will involve conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and driving innovation in product development.

In this role, you will impact the strategic direction, revenue growth, and market share expansion of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, to drive portfolio initiatives forward. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring successful product launches and ongoing management.

As a senior leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve results, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the offering management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our offering portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, for all offerings in the portfolio
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio initiatives forward
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Monitor key performance metrics for the portfolio and drive continuous optimization
• Ensure all offerings in the portfolio comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards

You Must Have

• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management or portfolio management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful portfolio strategies
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization
