Sr AI Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; Hybrid
Join a forward-thinking team driving enterprise-wide transformation through advanced analytics and AI. As Sr. AI Manager at Honeywell Process Technology Solutions, you will shape and execute the strategic vision for AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment. You will lead a team of AI scientists and engineers—directly or through matrixed structures—while cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you will define requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that convert structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decisions and solving high-impact business challenges.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Des Plaines, IL, Rosemont, IL, or Atlanta, GA locations on a hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling innovative solutions that contribute to business growth and competitive advantage.
