Für unseren Standort in Lotte/Osnabrück suchen wir einen Ingenieur für die Produktion (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Automatisierung und Digitalisierung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Ingenieur in der Produktion (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Technische Betreuung der Fertigungsprozesse (Erstmuster- und Serienbetreuung)
- Bearbeitung und Bewertung technologischer Änderungen in automatisierten Fertigungsprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit sowohl mit der Produktions-IT als auch der Produktentwicklung
- Anwendung von Leanmethoden zur Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse
- Nutzung von SAP-MES und SQL Datenbanken
- selbstständige Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden und anschließende Umsetzung der Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
- Koordination von Störungsbeseitigungen im operativen Umfeld in Abstimmung mit der Instandhaltung und externen Dienstleistern
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurs-Bachelorstudium oder Techniker im Bereich Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Technische Berufsausbildung von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnik
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Montage von Elektronikkomponenten und deren Handhabung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Robotern wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
