Fullstack engineer (javascript) / Tech lead
Location: Azcapotzalco, CMX, Mexico; Hybrid
You will be joining one of our most strategic initiatives to build a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control, video, and monitoring capabilities. As Team Leader, you will guide a cross-functional engineering team working in a continuous delivery environment, ensuring the successful delivery of features that directly impact our customers daily.
The Team Leader will be responsible for team coordination, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation. This position requires balancing technical expertise in video and security domains with people management, project oversight, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the technical depth to guide decisions on streaming architectures.
