Finalité de l’emploi :
L’apprenti(e) Ingénieur Qualité – Amélioration Continue accompagne, sous la supervision du Responsable Qualité, la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration continue du Système de Management de la Qualité.
Il/elle contribue à l’optimisation des processus, à la réduction des non‑conformités et à l’animation des démarches Lean au sein du site.
Son rôle est d’apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes tout en développant progressivement ses compétences en Lean, résolution de problèmes, analyse de données et documentation qualité.
