Job description

• Come with minimum 10+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD in a Deployment Operations Organization leading, administering, building, and maintaining CI/CD Environment
• Conceptual Knowledge on AWS/Azure and Azure Services such as AKS, IoT, VMs, Azure DevOps, CDN, Storage, Traffic Manager, NSGs, Load Balancers, WAF, Ingress/Egress
• Good Understanding on deployments, configuration & troubleshooting of DevOps, CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation activities.
• Drive Ops Call and participate in all the Stakeholder meetings (Scrum of Scrum, Deployment & Compliance Review etc.,) Monitor, control, and support Service Delivery; ensuring systems and procedures are in place and followed.
• Engage and drive SRE practices with operational and product groups to align technology service/solution delivery
• Strong Customer service, Project management and quality control skills. Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes. This includes leading effective post-mortems/RCAs and ensuring actions are followed-up.
• Act as an escalation point for issues reported in Operations and work with Internal Teams to address the issues
• Work with Application/Product Egg Management teams in enabling New Applications onboarding by gathering and documenting product requirements and communicate / facilitate the same with India Technical Team
• Regular review with customers on SLAs and business requirements and help analyse Incidents, Problems, Alerts Data and drive internal and client Service Review Meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
• Must be able to define and report progress on key initiatives and project level tasks to all stakeholders including senior executives & clients
• Should be able to drive new product/Environment Transitions and help cascade it to the teams.
• Helping drive a focus on promoting people processes including the sharing of knowledge and driving training initiatives
What you bring to the team 
• Adhere to standards, processes, procedure, and audit compliance controls
• Ability to effectively estimate and escalate issues timely.
• Flexible to work in rotation shifts.
• Full infrastructure stack support to cloud projects.
• Out of hours P1 incident response for supported projects through a on call Rota.
• Proactive monitoring and provide intelligent analysis of the cloud estate to highlight, plan and implement improvements.
• Proactively identify, plan, and implement improvements to the cloud estate, working practices and processes.
• Maintenance of existing Infrastructure as Code assets to deploy, maintain, support cloud infrastructure.
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

Mandatory skills: Should be proficient in Cloud Administration (Azure, AWS, Ali Baba), Azure IAAS and PAAS components (AKS, Azure Key VaultHDI, Event Hubs, IOT Hubs, Cosmos DB, Post GRE SQL.).

• Effectively promote process best practices 
• Excellent client interaction skills 
• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) 
• Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently 
• General consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, appropriate use of methodology / templates
