How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead quality strategies and initiatives across transformer manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, specifications, and control systems.
  • Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process performance.
  • Partner with engineering, production, supply chain, and field teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Manage non-conformance investigations, material review processes, and product disposition decisions.
  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with transformer products, manufacturing processes, or related quality requirements is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Understanding of transformer installation, testing, service, or field support activities is an advantage.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification is a plus.
