Salesforce Developer

The role:
- We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
- Work on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud customizations.
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.
- Perform unit testing and ensure high code coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Support deployments using CI/CD tools and change sets.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
