Using your experience, skills and ability you will assume responsibility for all industrial automated control systems on the assigned shift in this fast-paced production environment.

The successful candidate:

• Possess excellent mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Experience maintaining and servicing automated equipment in a production environment
• Experience and/or certified training in Automation Technology, Automated Machinery Systems with 5+ years’ demonstrated experience dealing with PLC’s and automated controls in a fast paced production environment.
• Candidates must have strong math aptitude and good computer skills and the ability to read and interpret prints and machine drawings
• Must show great attention to detail and initiative, with strong ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

You will support operations and support departments to ensure a safe, effective and productive work environment.

Prioritize work assignments as necessary to meet facility and department business goals and priorities.

Incorporate key maintenance metrics into work activities, focusing on root cause analysis, and pro-active practices.

Consistent self-motivation, and the ability to not only be a team player but to lead and develop the maintenance team.

Qualifications

Professional Skills;

• Training and education in mechanical computer programming, logic controllers, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems is required.
• 5+ years related and demonstrated experience.
• Technical knowledge & skills include; Industrial controls (PLCs, HMIs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, AC/DC motors/drives/MCCs, and electrical distribution) troubleshoot, design, upgrade. Must have strong computer and math skills.
