Senior Software Engineer - Machine Learning

HighRadius is looking for a dynamic Engineer to join our Engineering Team. This role responsibilities include participation in data integrity, data accuracies, model engineering, modelling techniques, algorithm techniques, model accuracies, governance processes and more to render accurate models/automation logics that render business value

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver ML models to solve the business problems in the accounts receivables space.
• Implementation and validation of machine learning models & algorithms and oversee the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring high quality standards, timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Take ownership of the assigned tasks  and  ensure quality delivery of product features & enhancements.
• Work closely with data scientists & engineers to understand the model requirements and improve deployment process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists and product stakeholders across the globe to ensure product and infrastructure development aligns with business goals.
• Skilled in evaluation metrics of ML models based on the domain and problem, measuring and improving results, and presenting final results to stakeholders.
• Ownership of delivery, technical direction to the team, and guidance on important technical decisions.
• Ability to organize a  team that delivers ML models Expert in Python.
• Ability to do initial data investigation and exploratory data analysis,
• Ask the right questions to begin the discovery process,
• Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling,
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Communicate actionable insights using data often for a non-technical audience

What we expect

• 3 - 5 years of industrial experience in deep learning research and ML development, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience in python or similar language used in ML.
• Analytical skill, Business acumen, Python expertism,
• Good knowledge of machine learning libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, PyTorch, Keras, Plotly, Jupyter etc.
• Understanding of how and when to use ML algos for a business problem.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and challenges into clear strategic plans and actionable solutions.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with deploying machine learning at scale is desired.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
