Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Agent Developer Test-III to design and implement robust test automation frameworks, ensure product scalability and quality, and drive quality engineering best practices across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Test Strategy

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, and backend).

• Drive test strategy and architecture decisions for complex systems.

• Build reusable testing utilities and tools.

• Ensure high automation coverage across releases.

Test Development & Execution

• Develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.

• Perform API testing using tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or similar.

• Implement performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).

CI/CD & DevOps Integration

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Ensure continuous testing and quality validation.

• Collaborate with DevOps to improve build and deployment pipelines.

Quality Engineering Practices

• Define and enforce quality standards, test processes, and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews for test automation.

• Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements.

• Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and retrospective meetings.

• Champion shift-left testing approach.

Skills & Experience Needed

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript

• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright)

• Experience in API automation testing

• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with microservices architecture testing

Advanced Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Understanding of security testing basics

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members

Nice-to-Have
