This Role
Owns the product surface for trust, safety, compliance, and anti-fraud at Higgsfield. Ships GDPR/CCPA/DSR flows, biometric consent, IP checker, NSFW detection, C2PA, EU AI Act compliance, moderation policy, and abuse/fraud detection. Works directly with Engineering, Legal, Analytics and Applied ML.

Must-have

• Fluent Russian

• Willing to relocate to Almaty

• 5+ years PM, shipping consumer product at scale (>1M MAU)

• Shipped at least one production safety, trust, compliance, or anti-fraud surface end-to-end. Examples: consent or DSR flow, moderation pipeline, age gating, provenance or watermarking, abuse/fraud detection, ID verification, payment risk scoring

• Strong data fluency

• Technical: reads a data pipeline, specs a classifier eval, holds their own with ML engineers

• Ships fast. Can name features, dates, and what got cut

• Judgment under legal ambiguity. Reads a DPA, argues with counsel, lands decisions

• Fluent English

• Fraud, risk, or payments background (Stripe, Wise, Revolut, Adyen, banking anti-fraud)

• Generative AI, UGC, or marketplace experience

• Direct GDPR / CCPA / DSR / C2PA / AI Act experience

• Ex-founder or "PM-plus" profile comfortable with messy cross-functional scope

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
