We believe AI will fundamentally change how films, videos, images, and interactive experiences are created — not by replacing creativity, but by giving creators entirely new creative leverage.

Our products help people generate cinematic visuals, explore impossible ideas, and build content workflows that previously required entire teams.

We’re a fast-moving, product-obsessed team operating at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering. We prototype aggressively, ship fast, and care deeply about craft.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for product builders who move fast, have strong product taste, and are excited about shaping the future of AI.

You might be a founder, product manager, designer, engineer, or data analyst who has taken products from idea to reality and learned from the process.

We care less about titles and years of experience and more about evidence that you can:

• Ship products from 0→1 and scale them beyond launch

• Navigate ambiguity and turn messy problems into clear priorities

• Move quickly, iterate often, and learn from users

• Write clearly and communicate ideas effectively

• Make strong product decisions with imperfect information

• Obsess over user experience and product quality

• Work directly with customers and deeply understand their needs

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products

Particularly relevant experience

Any of the following is a strong signal:

• AI-native or agentic products

• Creator tools and creator economy products

• Collaboration software

• Cloud storage, asset management, or file-based workflows

• Growth, onboarding, activation, retention, or monetization

• Consumer subscriptions and paywalls

• Mobile consumer products

• Marketplaces and two-sided platforms

• B2B SaaS or enterprise software

AI fluency

You should be deeply curious about AI and actively using it in your work.

We're especially interested in people who have built AI-powered products, worked closely with AI systems, experimented with agents, or use AI extensively to prototype, build, and ship.

What success looks like

• You use AI as a product primitive, not a feature

• You combine strong intuition with rigorous thinking

• You consistently turn ideas into shipped products and measurable outcomes

Interview Process

• Product home assignment

• Home assignment review interview

• Final interview with the founders - Yerzat Dulat & Alex Mashrabov

We aim to complete the process within 1–2 weeks and move quickly with strong candidates.
