Who we are looking for

Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who:

• Has exceptional taste in motion, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into polished, high-impact motion content.

• Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in a high-output creative environment.

• Takes ownership of projects end-to-end and constantly raises the creative bar.

• Understands pacing, transitions, rhythm, and attention-grabbing visuals for digital platforms.

What you will work on

• Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.

• Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams.

• Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces.

• Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality.

• Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms.

Your must haves

• Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools.

• Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling.

• Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end.

• Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook.

• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
