What you will work on

• Generating and validating high-quality data annotations for the development and evaluation of AI models.

• Applying detailed guidelines to label, review, and audit datasets with accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborating with technical teams to clarify requirements and continuously improve annotation processes, tools, and documentation.

• Maintaining high efficiency while upholding strict quality standards.
  

Your must haves

• Relevant academic background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).

• Professional proficiency in English with strong writing and comprehension skills.

• Outstanding research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong judgment when working with complex instructions, limited data, or multiple information sources.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time across repetitive workflows.

• High level of focus, consistency, and tolerance for detail-oriented operational work.

• Working schedule 5/2, 6-7 hours per day.
