Als Consultant Informationssicherheit & Regulatorik (all genders) erweiterst du unser bestehendes ISO-27001-Angebot um die Frameworks, die darauf aufsetzen: SOC 2, TISAX, ISO 27701 (Datenschutz-Managementsystem), BSI C5 und ISO 27017/27018 (Cloud). Du begleitest Kund:innen durch Readiness und Umsetzung, mappst neue Frameworks auf unseren bestehenden Control-Satz und übersetzt gemeinsam mit anderen Teams komplexe Anforderungen in praxisnahe Lösungen.

Your Mission

• Kund:innen-Interaktion & Support: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen und beantwortest Fragen zu unseren digitalen Compliance-Services rund um SOC 2, TISAX, ISO 27701, BSI C5 und ISO 27017/18.

• Analyse von ISMS & Control-Setups: Du bewertest bestehende Sicherheitspraktiken, führst Gap- und Readiness-Analysen durch und definierst die Schritte zur jeweiligen Attestierung/Zertifizierung.

• Framwork-Mapping: Du bereitest neue Frameworks für die Umsetzung auf, arbeitest ihre Anforderungen strukturiert auf und übersetzt sie in wiederverwendbare, nachweisbare Bausteine.

• Risiko- & Compliance-Dokumentation: Du unterstützt Kund:innen bei Risikoanalysen, Richtlinien und den Nachweisanforderungen der jeweiligen Frameworks.

• Wissensbeitrag: Du verfolgst Entwicklungen (SOC-2-TSC, VDA ISA-Revisionen, C5-Kriterienkatalog) und speist deine Erkenntnisse kontinuierlich in Plattform und Wissensbasis ein.

Your Profile

• Akademischer Hintergrund: Informationssicherheit, Informatik, Wirtschaft, Recht o.ä. – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Compliance/Risikomanagement, oder Quereinstieg mit fundierter ISMS-Erfahrung.

• ISMS-Erfahrung: Zertifizierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in ISO 27001 / ISMS.

• Framework-Praxiserfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens einem der Zielframeworks (SOC 2, TISAX, ISO 27701 oder BSI C5). Verständnis dafür, wie Anforderungen verschiedener Frameworks zusammenhängen.

• Analytische & kommunikative Fähigkeiten: strukturiert, klar, detailsicher.

• Kundenorientierung: pragmatische, nutzerzentrierte Lösungen.

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau.
