HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Reactivations Marketing team based in our office in NYHQ or Toronto. This high visibility and high growth potential role will lead and contribute to high profile, strategically important projects that have a direct impact on the long term success of our business across HelloFresh brands. Reporting directly into Senior Director of Marketing Reactivations, you will manage cross-functional projects, build strong mechanisms and processes to improve team and org level efficiency, and work closely with diverse stakeholders within North America as well as International markets to define, track and accelerate progress of strategic marketing initiatives, and ensure timely and successful delivery of our goals. 

You will...

  • Manage a large portfolio of strategic marketing projects and relentlessly prioritize existing and new projects to ensure successful delivery and team efficiency 
  • Build and proactively manage marketing campaigns across channels and brands, coordinating all planning, resourcing, operating, performance monitoring and progress tracking processes effectively
  • Build mechanisms and processes to ensure maximization of business output through optimization of team resources utilization
  • Continuously challenge the status quo. Define, develop and deliver strategic initiatives to continuously improve processes and overall team and org level efficiency through analysis, business case creation, recommendation and project management 
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and International markets to collect their inputs, ensure our priorities, processes and deliverables are integrated and aligned, and ensure timely delivery of projects 
  • Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, and performance metrics 
  • Identify and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business using data. Provide recommendations for projects and key initiatives 
  • Clearly and proactively communicate the progress of the projects and key initiatives to the senior leadership team and cross functional stakeholders 
  • Develop and maintain systems for the tracking and reporting of project and portfolio progress and outcomes

You have...

  • 7+ years of experience in project and process management, management consulting, performance marketing, business management or related fields with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of complex cross-functional and concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Excel at scoping and structuring business challenges, defining recommendations while thinking in terms of contingency plans to realize impact
  • Problem solving: use logic to slice complex problems into pieces in an organized and structured way 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to stakeholders and partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate data into actions, and use data-driven insights to make decisions 
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, focus effort on delivering goals, and bias towards building efficiency
  • Customer-focused and strive to deliver a solution that meets customer needs and expectations 
  • Experience creating and managing project workflows and timelines, leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.

Position is eligible to participate, contingent on Supervisory Board Approval, in HelloFresh's equity program.
