Senior Project Manager International - Workforce Staffing (m/f/x)

The role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation and launches of new initiatives for industrial and temporary workforce recruitment across all international markets. This role has a continuous improvement charter, which includes responsibility for improvements to processes, programs and projects and for representing the interests of the Workforce Staffing Field team as well as  our candidates to influence large-scale change. Based on your experience, you have a clear idea of how to efficiently plan and roll-out candidate recruitment initiatives within the high-volume environment. In addition, you have already gained leadership experience while managing cross-functional projects

What you’ll do

• You own, plan and organise large scale WFS & HR  initatives which will be rolled out on a global level. This includes but is not limited to projects to attract new production employees in a triple-digit range or launching new buildings / business lines
• You will drive the creation of mechanisms and best practices and be responsible for aligning the needs cross functional across multiple teams. 
• You build and manage launch project plans for future expansions globally
• You work closely together with external and internal partners 
• You will report directly to the Associate Director Workforce Management
• You provide evaluations of important key figures such as Funnel  KPIs and prepare forecasts & statistics in order to drive informed decisions
• You will build up a close network of external and internal stakeholders and be in regular contact with tool and platform owners and our data & process management team
• You will gain new insights into the entire landscape of our talent management tools and platforms, which benefit the simplification of existing processes and offer automation potential

What you’ll bring

• You have a completed Bachelor degree, ideally with a focus on HR management or business psychology, or have a comparable education
• You already have 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable environment, e.g. in the project management for high volume hiring on a larger scale, or with a personnel service provider
• You have experience driving large scale, matrixed global projects that have significant impact on the customer and wider organisation
• You are able to drive decision making while challenging the status quo
• You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and are able to make data-driven decisions
• You are a natural self-starter who is comfortable leading large, ambiguous projects in a fast paced environment
• You convince with professionalism, care and conscientiousness in dealing with your stakeholders
• You are a role model for continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality while working independently and keeping  deadlines in mind
• You have strong communication skills, speak fluent German and have very  good written and spoken English skills
• You are willing to travel, e.g. when launching  new locations or business lines
