Senior Marketing Data Analyst (f/m/x)

The role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making at HelloFresh. Based at our Global Headquarters in Berlin, you will own the Virality Analytics space, focusing on Referral Programs across 12+ HelloFresh markets. Your insights will shape strategies to optimize customer acquisition and engagement.

What you’ll do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Virality stakeholders by identifying and solving analytical business challenges, driving strategic recommendations
• Measure, benchmark, and monitor Virality performance across different HelloFresh brands and markets
• Develop ad-hoc insights, reporting & visualization, forecasting, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
• Collaborate with other analysts to foster a productive and supportive team environment

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, or Customer Analytics, ideally in a fast-paced B2C environment
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or similar visualization tools)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate broad business challenges into structured, data-driven projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate analytical concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
