The role

The IT Management Tribe has the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organization.We're looking for someone to help take us to the next level by taking the global technical ownership of the implementation, integrations,  roll outs and business as usual activities of our Guided Buying/Procure-to-order (Workday Procurement) solution.

What you’ll do

As the IT Services Technical Owner of Workday Procurement solution, you will assume accountability for its implementation globally, integrations, the roll outs and business as usual activities and contribute to the mission of the Procurement IT team of enabling the HelloFresh Procurement team to achieve their strategic goals.

In this role you will:

  • Be the Technical Lead for the pilot implementation and subsequent roll outs (design architecture based on requirements, build, security compliance, UATs/SITs etc).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and ensure the new system meets required business functionalities and are adequately  documented.
  • Perform post-implementation responsibilities, including configuration of new requirements, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing system upgrades, vendor relationship management, 2nd level user support, reports to senior management on the status of the initiatives, opportunities and risks.
  • Own the integration of the solution with Oracle, Workday HCM, Workday Adaptive, Workday eSourcing and iCertis or/and  in-house tools.
  • Creation of strategic roadmaps and OKRs, which reflect the Planning results.
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external audits, oversee risk assessments, and ensure resolution of identified issues in the area of responsibility.

What you’ll bring

Must Have hard skills:

  • Project Management: Extensive knowledge on implementing global solutions in a multi-tenant cloud environment using project lifecycle processes including scope definition, design, testing, implementation, and post go-live support.
  • Experience: 
    • 5-7 years as a Workday Procurement engineer. 
    • Setting up custom fields, internal and external catalogs, non-catalogue requests, and related workflows.
    • Developing, testing, deploying, and configuring integration solutions with Workday Procurement, including writing custom scripts.
    • Integrating experience of Workday Procurement with ERPs, other modules of Workday , CLM systems and in-house tools.
    • Using SQL  for querying, managing and migrating data to ensure consistency and integrity.
    • Providing Technical post implementation support including integration-related issues.
    • Collaborating with Accounts Payables and Procurement teams.
  • Procure-to-Pay Knowledge: very good understanding of procure-to-pay processes (requisitioning, purchasing and payment).

Soft Skills:

  • Project and Change Management: Experience with planning and implementing complex projects from start to finish, by using various skills like project management, product management, change management and stakeholder management. 
  • Customer centricity: Ability to understand different customer needs to deliver value and foster long-term relationships.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, proficient in both oral and written communication, adjusting the tone and style as needed to convey messages effectively, handling intricate scenarios and effectively using active listening skills and assertiveness.
  • Accountability: Track record of taking initiative, showing responsibility, and meeting commitments.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations or information in a logical and systematic manner.
  • Out of the box thinking: Ability to explore innovative, creative solutions or perspectives to support problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Proven agile mindset, a bias to action, excelling at driving change and decision-making, even in ambiguity.
