What you’ll do

• Own the Google Workspace Organization: Take full responsibility for the Google Workspace domain for the HelloFresh Group, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and constantly evolving to meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with IT Service Delivery teams in 16 countries to standardize and streamline Google Workspace operations.
• Lead with Expertise: Train and provide technical leadership to a global team of Level 2 Google Workspace experts, guiding them through complex implementations and best practices.
• Drive Innovation: Continuously improve processes, including offboarding workflows, account management, and automating routine tasks to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
• Consult and Architect: Serve as the go-to expert, consulting teams on setting up large communication structures, dynamic groups, and leveraging Google Workspace services for optimal performance.
• Foster a Secure Environment: Partner with the Security team to ensure our Google Workspace remains compliant, secure, and aligned with best practices.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ Years of Google Workspace Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace in a role focused on administration and optimization, beyond just support.
• Deep Expertise in Administration: Thorough knowledge of the Google Workspace Admin Console, core services, GAM (Google Apps Manager), and Apps Script to design and implement effective solutions.
• Architectural Thinking: Ability to think strategically about Google Workspace configurations, design, and long-term planning.
• Team Leadership and Training: Experience leading and mentoring teams, providing clear technical direction, and fostering continuous growth.
• Global Collaboration: Proven experience working with distributed teams, understanding regional needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Startup or Scale-Up Experience: Comfortable with navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• AppSheet and GCP: Experience with AppSheet development and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration.
• Cloud-Native Tech and ITIL: Familiarity with cloud-native tech stacks and ITIL processes.
