Project Manager 

As Project Manager you will join an internal Special Operations team at one of the highest-growth businesses within one of the fastest growing food technology companies in the world. 

Our Special Operations team is focused on managing the delivery of high-impact projects across all parts of the business – providing cross-functional project management, decision-support tooling, critical-path prioritisation, resource allocation and timeline management best practices and capabilities.  

Our ideal candidate has experience in working on high-impact, rapid turnaround projects across a variety of contexts, but is also hungry to learn a new business and have an outsized impact at a fun, fast-growing, ready-to-eat (RTE) business.

You will…

  • Be part of the HelloFresh ANZ Special Ops team; have specific focus on high-priority projects contributing to the growth and development of the Youfoodz business
  • Work directly with our senior management team to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations, expanding our customer offering, and accelerating our go-to-market efforts
  • Get in the trenches of project execution with the respective functional teams and ensure project delivery from planning/milestoning planning, through to completion and handover
  • Collaborate closely with our functional leads, product managers, operations champions, and growth marketers to assess initial feasibility of new products, projects, leading or supporting on full operational scoping, monitoring implementation and guiding roadmap planning for new products and projects
  • Proactively identify, define, recommend, prioritise and initiate continuous improvement of our project delivery and execution processes
  • Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and to various levels of stakeholders
  • Liaise with global stakeholders on best practices for implementing projects, and market performance 
  • Solve problems on-the-go in a fast-paced environment

You have... 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred but not essential) in engineering or management (or equivalent) 
  • 2+ years of project management experience (food industry preferred, but not required)
  • Have strong upward and downward management skills with clear communication
  • Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line 
  • Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel and modern collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence 
  • Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
  • Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively in multiple stakeholder environments
