Finance Systems Intern (m/f/x)

The Role

As a Finance Systems Intern, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Finance Systems. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Finance Systems team in ensuring the smooth operation of HelloFresh’s financial systems. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a global team, engage with stakeholders across the organization, and gain hands-on experience with the systems that are critical to the financial operations of HelloFresh. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in finance technology and contribute to a fast-growing global organization.

What you will do:

• Develop a deep understanding of our financial, cash management, and procurement systems to support the Finance Systems team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to improve and enhance user experiences across the business.
• Support the maintenance of user accounts in our financial systems to ensure all user access is appropriately managed and reviewed. 
• Gain exposure to a wide range of business functions, including procurement, accounting, cash management, invoicing, HR, and internal audit.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving HelloFresh's business processes and system efficiencies.

What you will bring:

• A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT Systems, or a related field. 
• Willingness to learn the landscape of finance systems and obtain problem-solving skills that will stand to them in their career.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
