About the role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will balance your work between the backend and frontend, collaborating with colleagues on the same project. You'll have a significant technical and organizational impact, driving both solutions and long-term innovative initiatives. You will be involved in the entire product-building journey, from design and development to testing and implementation. It will be fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding.

What you’ll do;

• You will typically focus more on the backend stack of a specific project, but there are projects where support on both sides is needed, and front-end focus may shift between projects

• Provide mentoring and drive the team forward in terms of development methodologies

• Rapidly and precisely plan and execute application development projects

• Understand customer’s needs to help define requirements

• Perform constructive code reviews and provide meaningful feedback

• Build and lead development teams and initiatives

What you’ll bring to the table;

• 5+ years of experience with a reasonably up-to-date backend stack, preferably with Python, along with experience in frontend development

• Experience with running deployments on AWS and/or Azure

• Strong understanding of Docker and Git

• Fundamental understanding of profiling and performance optimization

• Ability to build applications that can handle large amounts of data while remaining highly responsive

• Strong opinions on how to best connect applications with external APIs

• Able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm and fluent in Swedish and English
