System Technician - Surveillance & Hardware

We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team, supporting and delivering CCTV and IT infrastructure projects across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, project manage and support CCTV installations across multiple sites
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely and effective deployment
• Provide hands-on support for the EIC (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) team with:
  • Procurement and configuration of IT equipment
  • Wireless network setup and troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
• Travel to various sites as required (vehicle provided)

About You:

• Experience with CCTV systems (design and deployment) particularly NX Witness and Hikvision \ Vivotek cameras
• Understanding of IT hardware, networking and configuration
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments
• Customer focused and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent health & safety behaviours
• Be attentive to technical processes, and results driven
• Strong literacy & numerical skills (written & verbal)
• Hold a current driver's license
• Ability to take ownership & manage your own area of responsibility without close supervision

Highly Desirable

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Worked in CCTV field or experience working with camera system in particular NX Witness
• IT knowledge – networking \ imaging PCs
