Executes assigned jobs, such as repair of machine, re-condition, pre-installation, installation and preventive maintenance.

Advises customers on machine repairs and preventive maintenance. Provides feedback to management on customers’ requests, opinion, etc

Support spare parts department in identify spare part material for internal or external purposes

Assist in sourcing for alternative supply of spare parts and/or materials of equivalent quality and competitive price

Assists Lifecycle Solutions department with regards to technical matters

All work summary shall be duly filled including service follow up recommendation and relevant documents for spare parts.

All service order must be duly signed by customers immediately after job done by Mservice PDA.

Regular Time Sheet Submission Other assignment by either Service Manager/ Departmental manager from time to time
