This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of an its product (application family), from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. Leading ideation, technical development, and launch of new products. Establishing a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Managing application suite of 3-5 projects (stable mature products/applications) per year.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.
* 3 years management experience

*Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product strategies, roadmap development, and measurable outcomes.

*Experience managing application portfolios and technology products supporting critical business capabilities.
* Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
* Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
* Experience in integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architectures).
* Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
* Experience in knowledge of product-specific application architecture.
* Experience in solution architecture.
* Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
* Application domain knowledge.
* Program and/or project management.
* Ability to influence.
* Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

* Experience managing cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Operations teams.

* Experience with program and project management, resource planning, and delivery governance.

* Experience defining and tracking product KPIs, operational metrics, and business value realization.

* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making across business and technology organizations.

* Ability to prioritize investments, manage competing priorities, and make strategic trade-off decisions.

* Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.

* Experience leading digital transformation, cloud modernization, and application rationalization efforts.

* Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration

strategies.

* Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, including evaluating and implementing AI-enabled capabilities within products and business processes.

* Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity platforms.

* Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investment decisions.

* Demonstrate ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around business outcomes.

* Experience leading organizational changes, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.

* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with executive leadership.

* Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.

Compensation: $112,200.00 - $202,600.00
