Headout has served tens of millions of guests from 196 countries (every single sovereign state on the planet) on one of our experiences across 100+ cities in 9 languages. Today, we have sales of 100s of millions of $s a year and are growing rapidly. Contrary to the norm, we deliver this scale and growth while being profitable. We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. We have raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term - because that's what our mission needs and deserves.

As Senior Data Analyst for the Product Data team, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to enhance our product offerings. At Headout, we firmly believe in data-driven decision making. Your analytical expertise and ability to communicate findings effectively will be crucial in driving our user experience and business objectives

💝 What skills & experience do you need?
- You have a minimum 1.5 years of experience in product analytics, preferably in a high growth startup
- The transformation of raw data into actionable insights is your forte. Proficiency in SQL is a must, Python/R is optional but preferable
- You have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- You possess a commercial acumen that translates numbers into impactful business strategies
- Your expertise extends to synergizing with senior stakeholders and product teams, ensuring harmony in decision-making.
