Sr Director, Tech Development - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sr Director, Technology Development to lead our technology initiatives and drive innovation with a focus on technology supporting the Finance function. In this role, you will be driving the improvement of technological solutions and continually evolving the systems to generate value for Hasbro! You'll proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape including organizational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organization needs. What You'll Do: A day in the life of a Senior Director of Technology Development

• Create and own the future vision of technologies that support the Finance business.

• Design, develop and implement technology strategies that propel the organization forward supporting their overarching strategy, goals and charter.

• Map and build out a high performing team, set and drive the technology strategy and drive team for execution of strategy in service of the broader organization initiatives.

• Lead all aspects of the implementation of new technologies; ensuring they are integrated smoothly.

• Lead multiple application development projects for one or several business segments, including all phases of the systems development and implementation process.

Proficiency in integrating AI solutions into new and existing technologies to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and elevate the consumer experience is required. Core Requirements:

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-Technology businesses paired with a demonstrated background in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting

• Demonstrated experience in the Finance space with a knowledge of Technology, inclusive of AI and Gen AI, supporting that function.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort using a data-driven approach to solving problems

• Ability to see patterns (systems thinker) using analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to be a strategic decision maker, and propose solutions

• Experience with ambiguity; ability to apply judgment in navigating complex challenges

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $160,000

• Pay Range End: $240,000
