Role summary

Own high-impact, multi-supplier tooling programs and set standards for qualification, change control, and sustained capability.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex tool qualification and systemic issue prevention across parts and suppliers.

  • Establish standards for capability evidence, maintenance strategy, and change control.

  • Mentor others and raise the technical bar on supplier and tooling work.

What we're looking for

  • Deep injection moulding and tooling expertise (FAT/SAT, steel-safe design, secondary ops).

  • Proven ability to manage multi-supplier programs with complex qualification requirements.

  • Strong cross-functional skills — Quality, R&D, Supply Chain.
