Bajo una dirección general, coordina y supervisa las operaciones de Aplicaciones GeoBalance en el sitio del pozo y en el campamento base. Proporciona la planificación necesaria para el trabajo, incluyendo personal, configuración de equipos, dirección en el sitio del pozo y soporte relacionado con el cliente. Debe ser capaz de comunicarse con otros PSL y con terceros para asegurar la capacidad operativa de las herramientas y de las actividades en el sitio del pozo. Se requieren excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación. Actúa como mentor y capacita al personal de niveles inferiores en sus áreas de especialidad. Interactúa con los clientes y supervisa las actividades del personal de servicios de completación y/o del taller para superar los requerimientos del cliente. El énfasis del puesto está en el desarrollo del personal, la excelencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente. Se comunica con el cliente para dar seguimiento al desempeño y planificar trabajos futuros.
