✨The core mission of the Digital Project Manager:

The position is fundamental to keep our digital presence modern, engaging, and aligned to the industry standard while achieving crucial Marketing goals. A modern and dynamic website is essential to communicate our refreshed Cyber Performance Center positioning and go-to-market approach. 

The role of Digital Project Manager will highly contribute to major strategies involving lead generation, lead quality, and a seamless implementation and delivery of required website changes on product announcements or new public-facing initiatives.

Anyone taking this role will have the chance to drive data-driven decisions on our digital presence and outlook! Not only shaping the website to reflect the HTB brand and look, but also turning it in a true lead generation engine.

🍺 The fellowship you’ll be joining:

You will be part of the Product Marketing team, currently consisting of 7 other passionate individuals as the main guardians of HTB messaging and positioning. The collaboration with Design, Engineering, our partner web agency, and other Marketing functions will be crucial for the success of the role! You will be reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing.

🚀 The adventures that await you after becoming Digital Project Manager at Hack The Box:

• Create and deliver iteration plans
• Use and update daily our project management tool (Jira)
• Use, track, and update daily the common workspace with our partner web agency (Basecamp)
• Successfully manage the communication and delivery with engineers, designers, and product designers (not direct reports)
• Manage and maintain our new CMS functionality (Drupal)
• Successfully set the strategic direction for the website project
• Establish communications channels, expectations, and relationship with our partner web agency
• Manage and curate website releases
• Perform website QA after releases
• Carefully measure conversion rates
• Lead and suggest how to achieve conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Drive strategic website decision-making and priority setting in collaboration with other teams (example: messaging alignment, new content requirement, SEO requirement, data optimization)
• Oversee website maintenance
• Execute and track A/B testing
• Support the creation of landing pages for campaigns or online ads use

🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Digital Project Manager at Hack The Box:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience managing a web-site, while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Experience in managing (or working in) a marketing agency
• Drupal CMS usage experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude

• Level 3: As a Pro-Hacker at level 3, you’ll unlock the “boss level”, which involves meeting the hiring manager. Level’s objective: connect with the hiring manager and share with them your achievements.
• Level 4: Now you’re an Elite Hacker! Level’s objective: complete an assignment that aligns with day-to-day job-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Level 5: Congratulations, you're now a Guru! Not many reach this level 💪. Level’s objective: have a constructive, final conversation with senior leadership to explore the role and your future at HTB.
• Level 6: You've achieved the Omniscient rank and officially received an offer from HTB! To complete the last level and the Quest, all you need to do is accept the offer.
