Delivery Manager Customer Onboarding

This role combines project/program management and Core Banking Transformation expertise to ensure effective execution of the transformation program. The incumbent will manage a designated delivery bucket per the approved plan, overseeing end-to-end delivery of milestones. Unlike a conventional Project Manager, the role requires technical background and domain knowledge of core banking migration to collaborate with bucket owners, anticipate issues, propose resolutions, and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating assigned workstreams, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation actions with relevant functions and vendors. This hybrid role demands proactive problem-solving, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on oversight to ensure smooth delivery and program completion.
