Senior Finance Project Manager

OVERVIEW:

Join us as a Senior Finance Project Manager in our Finance Transformation Team to support us in leading component projects within the finance transformation strategy across transactional finance, management accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, tax, treasury and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional project manager qualified accountant who has delivered on finance transformation projects within a start-up / high growth environment and who is passionate about ownership of project objectives, deliverables, and framework [structure, delivery plan, incl. critical path; budget; RAID]

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• You'll be working and collaborating across the business with directors, departments heads and finance professionals and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.
• This role is genuinely important to our business performance - it will be responsible for the integrity and stability of finance projects and adapting for and supporting all constituent work streams and delivery styles.
• Our team and remit is rapidly growing with the business and the opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities. 

 ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and technology solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Strong work ethic, highly proactive and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Chartered accountant

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
